How can I check the status of my project or order in Storesight, and who should I contact if it’s pending or I can’t log in?

Learn how to check your project status in Storesight, understand why a project may stay in pending status, and know who to contact for help. For login issues or delayed projects, reach out to your Customer Success Manager, Solutions Architect, or email support@storesight.com for assistance.

How to Check Your Project Status

To view your project or order status:

  1. Log in to your Storesight dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Projects from the main menu.

  3. Select the project you want to review.

    • Pending: Project hasn’t started yet or is awaiting approval.

    • In Progress: Data collection or fieldwork is underway.

    • Complete: The project is finished and results are ready for review.

Common Reasons a Project May Be Pending

  • Projects may remain in pending status due to:
  • Awaiting Customer Approval → Some custom projects require approval before fieldwork begins.
  • Project Review → Our team may still be reviewing your project.

If your project has been in pending status longer than expected, email your Customer Success manager or your Solutions Architect or reach out to us at support@storesight.com for assistance.

  • For StoresightAI and subscription dashboards, contact your Customer Success Manager.

  • For custom projects, reach out to your Solutions Architect.
